I haven't really had to do this for profesional reasons (I did it for myself to
help me keep track of larger databases)! Visio should be ok for SMALL projects,
because it isn't great for formatting when the diagram becomes very large!
I have NOT used Oracle designer, but it IS Oracle ER tool and does do reverse engineering. But as I said, I have not used it.
