ER Win (was RE: Entity Relationship Diagrams)

Regarding ER Win, we have a case here where one schema does not reverse-engineer properly, the FK constraints do not show.

All the other constraints show up properly, in other schemas.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Where can I obtain more information on how the dba_ views are = refreshed,
within Oracle? Could one entry in one of the dba_ views be wrong, = causing
problems for ER Win?
