Good luck trying to get an official comparison -- Microsoft doesn't let anyone who purchases their software post benchmark results without their approval.
I haven't seen any Oracle vs. SQL Server comparisons on the 'net.
Microsoft, during Oracle Open World, threatened Oracle with a law suit if Larry Ellison didn't stop comparing SQL Server's performance with Oracle 9i's performance.
