I received this from a friend in Oracle's Center of Expertise.... he asked that I post this to as many public places as possible. Please pass it on to your contacts as well, thanks.

Subject: Where to direct security vulnerabilities in Oracle products? Importance: High

Over the past few weeks, a number of "alerts" and "advisories" involving security vulnerabilities in Oracle products have been posted on the Internet notably on well-known hacker forums, independent security consultancy websites and other more obscure forums as well.

If you believe that you have discovered a security vulnerability in any Oracle product and/or have noticed a posting of a security vulnerability (in any Oracle product) on the Internet within 7 days of the post date, please forward details to secalert_us_at_oracle.com.

Please help us disseminate this information to the broader Oracle community through your contacts, public distribution lists and mailing lists.
Many thanks from Oracle Security Product Management!
