If you have Job Queue Process set to 2 .. then max of 2 jobs can be
executed.. If you submit the 3rd job.. it will be successfully submitted but
never executed..
Since you have only 1 job.. that should not be the limitation..
You can try deleting this job.. and resubmitting..
COMMIT after END;
and check whether the job is executed in minutes after submission or not.. Since you are using SYSDATE as the current parameter.. it should be executed immediately automatically.
