ORA-7445 with no core dump produced.

All,  

We have just got an ORA-7445 error but there was no dump file produced. Anyone seen this before. I have checked the core_dump_dest and it is set as expected. A sub directory was created but nothing in it (plenty of space in here). I have had core file produced on this instance before and nothing has changed since the last time.  

Oracle 8.0.5.0.0
Tru64 - 4.0f
