is there anyway to tune sqlnet/listener ?

Dear DBA,

Is there anyway to tune the sqlnet ? I have a 500=20 oracle process and users who connect via TWO_TASK take so much time. Also when I do lsnrctl status=20 takes 5 minutes to display the information.=20 This is Oracle 7.3.4 and running on Digital Unix 4.0d
