However Forms is not listed as a licensed product. So any Forms issues have to be generated under iAS and then get transferred to Forms support which delays response time. Also, we can not view any bugs as that is also controlled by licensed product. Quite annoying. But if I call directly, I can select the Forms queue and talk to someone directly and get faster responses. Which is exactly why they would make it so difficult to get a real
Oracle expert on the phone.

It's often easier to find it yourself on MetaLink.

The problem with MetaLink is that it is difficult to sort through
the notes, forums, etc that are out of date or incorrect to find
the ones that apply to your situation.
