Does anybody know how to have Oracle automatically fire off an e-mail when a
particular table is updated?



I seem to remember a discussion from some time ago about DBA's who had set
up remote Oracle databases that would fire off an e-mail when certain
problems arouse, but I didn't save any particulars.
