Which is exactly why they would make it so difficult to get a real Oracle expert on the phone.
It's often easier to find it yourself on MetaLink.
The problem with MetaLink is that it is difficult to sort through the notes, forums, etc that are out of date or incorrect to find the ones that apply to your situation.
