Which scripts to run ?? newbie

Hi All,
After creation of databases and running catalog.sql and catproc.sql which are the other scripts that must be run.
I am confused about these files :-
catrman.sql
dbmsutil.sql (is these file automatically run or do I have to run it) ?

anything else to run before starting to use the database
