listener problem need help

Why doing lsnrctl status takes so much time (5 mins), when oracle process is 450 while parameter in init.ora like processes=3D800, sessions=3D800, transactions=3D800, shared_memory_address=3D134209536.

This caused slow response when user is about to connect=20 via TWO_TASK, Is there anyway to make it faster ? Please help. Thanks in advance.
