Use code 'S36' for 20% discount. Same is applicable to all over the world except Japan. Oracle education site is the best for such information. Regards

Yes It does, in Pakistan, I availed 20% discount on OTN membership on two of my exams. It required me to provide print out of my membership at OTN or just the username.

I'm not sure if it applies outside the USA, but there are discounts via Technet (OTN). 20% off exams and 25% off the STS tests. http://www.oracle.com/start/ocp/
