Try :
execute dbms_utility.compile.schema ('SCHEMA_NAME')

This will compile all objects in the schema which has the invalid objects. You can find out which objects are invalid and the schema_name by : select object_type, object_name, owner from dba_objects where status='INVALID';

However, one other thought, did you run catalog.sql before you ran catproc.sql? The proper order is catalog, catproc, catexp.

HTH,
Ruth
