See the error in redo log file

After rename and switch the log file i found some error in alert.log file.



Please tell me the soluation to rectify the error.



see the error message in alert.log file


Errors in file D:\OraKH\rdbms80\trace\svkhARCH.TRC:
ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 1 of thread 1
