Oracle 8.1.6.1.4 Patch on W2K SP1 - ORA-00600 on shutdown

Hi.

Has anyone else applied the 8.1.6.1.4 patch (listener vulnerability) to 8.1.6 on NT or W2K?
I put a set of scripts (batch files) to apply the files included in the patch set, so I'm sure that everything was applied correctly. (available upon request)

This is from my test machine at home - *not* a production machine - and I forgot to grab the trace files.
There's no way that I can get to that box from here - too bad.

I will be opening up an iTAR - just figured I'd mention the problem to anyone else that might be applying it.

After catalog, catproc, catexp and "create or replace java system" were executed, I shutdown the instance (immediate). In checking the alert log, I found the following at the tail of the log:
