I dont think this a good idea others will have defnetly a better idea on
this.
Why dont you grant sysdba privilege to a particular unix user and then allow
him to login to the database if you do this you can give just a / on the
script from this nobody will come to know the password.
Again i am saying this might not be a better idea,others will defnetly have
some other idea on this
