How do I enable OBJECT creation feature in 8.0.4

Hi All,



When I try the following statement I get ORA-00439 - Feature not enabled :
OBJECTS


Create type project as OBJECT (project_no number(2));



My database is 8.0.4.



How do I enable this feature?
