Perhaps you did not run $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catobtk.sql?

Hi guys,

can anyone tell me why i am getting the error below. whenever i execute any pl/sql procedure.

ORA-06550: line 24, column 7:
PLS-00201: identifier 'SYS.DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 24, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
