Dear all,



I'm sorry if somebody have asked this before.
The SQLPlus (8.0.4.0 on Windows NT) issue this error code, when I try to logging in.



Last thing I remember is I've changed some values in init.ora file, and when I put all parameter value back with it 'default' values (I keep the old one), it keep showing that message. 



The oracle listener, database service are up, so...what else that I miss.
