If you are waiting on ARCH to write the logs performance will be
nonexistant. If you ARCH has not completed its writing and you need the
log, processing on the DB will STOP until it is completed. Solution: add
more log groups or alter the size of your logs to be able to be written out
in the necessary time frame.
