I think this is the best answer from a dba which i have got who is planning
to wait until the user comes back and says the the database is slow.I hope
that was a joke.
I think there is (but i am not sure about this event)an event which tells
whether the arch is running slow or not it is called as "skswat" you can see
in the session wait if it is waiting.
I am not sure about this but i feel this will also help u in telling that
the arch is in some kind of a probs
