How to verify MTS configurations

All,

I thought my 8.1.6 database is configured for MTS. I not sure, here's what I have:

SVRMGR> select * from v$mts;
MAXIMUM_CO MAXIMUM_SE SERVERS_ST SERVERS_TE SERVERS_HI ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----------

         0 0 0 0 100 1 row selected.

initmyb.ora --------------------------------------------------------

min% lsnrctl services
