If you specify field size in your control file, then it should load to whatever
length of string you have set your field to, for both CHAR and VARCHAR2.

we're loading charakter delimited data, were one field is larger than = 255.
Now SQL*Loader has a default maximum length for delimited data of 255. = Does
anybody knows how to increase this limit?
