Don't just analyze 1 schema, When the optimizer in in CHOOSE-mode, it will
calculate the execution-plan in cost-based.
In all Oracle versions there is a problem with outer-joins and the
Cost-based optimizer. SQL-statements with an outer join in it are faser in
RULE.
