HA Oracle Server / Oracle WEB portal

Hi,

we are planning to build up a HA-database server with several instances.

Also there will be several applications connecting these db's throug web-client.

What options we have ?

IIS+NT
NT cluster
UNIX cluster
Oracle's own WEB-portal.

Do you have any ideas, what will be the advantages and disadvantages for each solutions... Where could I find more documention.

Any comments are appreciated.
