I dont think so how ever is alreay connected will work on it and who ever
connects next after the listener is down will not be able to connect if you
are just stopping and restarting the listener i feel you can go about it
here we are restarting the listener every night even when we have almost
around 700 to 800 connections still on the database uptil now we have not
faced any probs at all.
