Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> off topic - corba with Oracle?
Hi,
it's a little bit off topic, but did any one do some CORBA developement on Oracle? I would be intrested in any experiences. In fact I don't even really know where to start. Does Oracle supply any online docs? I could not find any on CORBA.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Subject: Can 8.1.5 to 8.1.6 be done with patches?
Is there some sort of megapatch or patch bundle that can be downloaded to upgrade from 8.1.5 to 8.1.6?
Is this a fairly simple upgrade that can be done sort of transparently to the users? Or is it a major upgrade that is more appropriate to be done with a CD and a regular upgrade maintenance window of a day or two of system downtime?
TIA, Cherie
