Hi all
I have received the following information in alertsid.log file This message is related with checkpoint process.I need more detailed on following lines.

Completed checkpoint up to RBS [0x64.2.10] SCN:0x0000.000530CC BEginning Log switch checkpoint up to RBA[0x65.2.10] SCN :0x0000.000540CC

What exaclty the meaning of above statements. Please help us to clearify me.

I have another question.
I want to automate the export on daily basis on Win Nt platform which can generate the file export_dayname.exp .
Please correct me i am excuting following statement.

exp system/password_at_dbname full=y file=export_%date%.exp consistent=y

It does not generate day wise file.please help me!!!
