You'll find a detailed list in the Oracle site which will put a detailed feature list to your hand.
Anyway, I find the major differences in the Advanced queuing, OPS, bitmap indexes (!), replication option.
These are the major features not available in the standard edition.
I'd say - The enterprise edition is more likely for .... Enterprise application usage ... wonder why the called it in that name ...
