I usually put them with TOOLS default tablespace. It helps me segregate
them from the other "real" users that I assign to USERS. You will probably
get as many combinations to this as there are listers here, but most will
agree to get them out of SYSTEM.

I have already seen this question on the list, but I don't remerber the answer.
What should be the default tablespace on the users created by Oracle, such as, DBSNMP, OUTLN, TRACESVR, ....
