Thank you Paul,
The problem seems to be the Sun patch #105210-32 . It breaks OAS. What we'll need to do is to upgrade OAS to version 3.0.2 and then apply Oracle patch #1368568.

delette the listnener . and create the new listner on diffrent unused prt
number. it may work.
