Oracle server on a MAC???? You've got to be kidding, right??? I do not remember anything but the tools on MAC all the way back to V6 and now their totally desupported.

Hi,

I have an apple power book, I need some oracle database eather(personal, enterprise, profesional,lite etc) on my PC. Any one who have information about it, from where I can get Oracle database for apple, mac. I don't want installation of windows on my apple computer as application to run oracle. If Download is available, or purchase Kindly guide me.

correct....cannot take the tbs offline/drop without opening the db....must restore the old-cold backup..
