I agree, there are differences between the 8.1.6 and
the 8.1.5.
For location, Oracle sent it on a separate CD. On that
CD, it is available both on PDF and HTML. When they
shipped the 8.1.6, they would have shipped in a box
and all the relating CDs. The documentation CD must
have been there.
