CLOB space estimation

Hi All!
I working on new database design documentation (Oracle 8i) and I need to estimate size for the table which has CLOB column. I planning to use internal CLOBs on separate tablespace. If my table will have a 1,000,000 mln rows how I can calculate what will be the table size? What the procedures to estimate size for tables like that? Website any doc will be helpful.
