PLSQL

Anyone have some PLSQL code that will refresh a table from another table over a database link? I have been frequently asked to refresh development from production and want to set it up so it fairly self service. I have set up a staging database that is refreshed nightly as snapshots then I will set up the stored procedures on the development databases to be refreshed from a stored procedure. Any code or suggestions are appreciated.
