oracle utilities instalation

hi everybody

	I am facing the problem of sqlldr
	my system config is 
	oracle 8.0.5 on client(sun solaris 2.7)  
        oracle 8.1.5 on server(sun solaris 2.7)  
        the above combination is for NAS COMPATIBILITY

	PROBLEM IS .........

   I need sqlldr,exp,imp utilities on my    oracle client(not avaliable by default on client )    I tried to ftp these files i.e.
   (application files of sqlldr,exp,imp)    from server but that option didn't work.    I thought that i can load oracle8 utilities from    oracle 8.0.5.0 CD(sun solaries version 7) but    there is no option of loading only    oracle8 utilities.

 please suggest the possible solutions
