Why don't you ftp the data files to the server and run sqlldr from there?

hi everybody
i am facing the problem of sqlldr
my system config is
oracle 8.0.5 on client(os sun solaries version 7
oracle 8.1.5 on server ( as i am using NAS 4.0 for the compatibility
reason)
problem is
i need sqlldr,exp,imp utilities on my
oracle client(not avialiable by default on client )
i have tried ftp these files i.e(application files of sqlldr,exp,imp)
but that option didn't work.
i tried to load oracle8 utilities which is not avialible
on oracle 8.0.5.0 CD(sun solaries version 7) but there is no
option of loading oracle8 utiities.
please suggest the solutions
