I'm sorry but I'm not sending to those who requested copy via the list which
I did not want to get clogged up with requests.
Basically he said that he would not send it to someone who asked to the list
to get it. He wanted to keep the "me too" traffic down. If you send the
request direct to his e-mail , you may be able to get it.
NOTE: I copied the above para from Chris Bowes mail.
Now, regarding your query, I received the document within one day after I
made the request.
