Oracle Sizer 4.0 utility

I have Oracle Sizer 4.0 utility, a free downloadable if my memory serves me correctly, which advises COMPAQ server based upon DB parameters. When I went to use it I get a message telling me that the products in the database for sizing are out of date and that I should go to URL http://www.oracle.com/platforms/compaq/html/sizer.html to download updates. This URL returns a 404 error. Does anyone else use this utility and or know where can I down load updates? If not has it been replaced by another utility?
