Hi Pallav,
I have faced this problem. Even my server was running only for 10days. After restarting the server, it is not hanging now.

Hi List,
Does anyone familiar with this BUG. There is a document (118228.1) on metalink.oracle.com on the above BUG, it mostly affects Oracle running on Sun Solaris for oracle versions from 8 to 8.1.6. Anybody has any input on this, I am wondering is this for real as it does'nt make any sense to me.
Thanks!
Pallav
