All,
I would like to know which patch version of 8.1.6 I should install. One =
of
the DBA's around here says just install from the CD which is 8i release 2
(8.1.6) and another DBA says that I should patch to 8.1.6.1.1 because it
seems to be a stable version etc. There are no other restrictions other
than that I would like to install the most recent version/patch level that
is stable and reliable etc so if 8.1.6.1.1 is infact stable, then I guess =
it
would be my preference.
What do others think???
Thanks,
