I found what it was. I did export with default value of STATISTICS parameter - ESTIMATE. The strange data showed generated by export for analyzing table using DBMS_STATS. Apparently Oracle 8.1.6.2 has bug when creating these statements that show when importing.

I made a full export - finished without wornings and then made fromuser touser import into empty user. It gave me stranfe errror.

8.1.6.2 on Solaris.
