Perhaps you mean XSL? This is what one page says about it at
http://technet.oracle.com:
XSL Processor: transforms or renders XML into other text-based formats such as
HTML.
Just enter XML as a search term at Technet and you'll get lots of info.
There is also an Oracle Press book available on XML now.
