OEM 2.1 Install Probs..

Hi Listers,

Need some help. Here is what I am running into.

Trying to install OEM 2.1 on a Toshiba tecra 8100 with NT workstation SP6a. I had installed it before but without the OMS and so have to reinstall it.

The first screen comes up on putting the cdrom in but if I click the install/deinstall button the application crashes and gives me a Dr. Watson error :

An application error has occurred and an application error is being generated.

Setup.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x00402de2

Has anybody had this before and what was the solution. Oracle WWS tells me that I need to rebuild my laptop.(Scary..)
I have reinstalled the Service Pack 6a, but the problem remains.
