Hi Bala
If all you want is to avoid typing of connect_string while connecting to particular DB and particular schema, you can change properties of SQL*Plus's shortcut (field Target on the tab Shortcut of the Properties window).
For example: D:\Oracle\Oem21\BIN\SQLPLUSW.EXE eduard_at_db_service_name
It still requires typing of password
