Vagely remember iag/iap w/ version 4, before forms 2.0
came out. Had to create forms using vi, rather than
using screen editor. Did a conversion from 4 to 6,
which was possible only doing a 4 to 5, followed with
5 to 6. Had lots of fun converting the forms.
