CAUSE - Redo Log switching happening so FAST that the Redo RE-Cycled Back to
the Initial online Redo logfile whose respective Data had NOT yet Completely
Checkpointed (written to Datafile)
Related parameter log_checkpoint_interval (Unit being O.S. Blocks)
List please Correct
