Your Bind variable must be of type character for this to work. If it is a = number, the syntax will not be accepted.

This is how you would do it in SQL. I am in the query form of Oracle=20 Reports. When you enter the string of numbers in, the bind variable is=20 expecting one value and does not recognize the commas. Therein lies the=20 trick somewhere and I am not sure where it is!
