Robert, can't you just kill the process in the o/s? I"ve done that more times than I can count with export.

We run a full db export with consistent=y at night. It seems to have gotten hung. I don't see anything in the alert.log. Any ideas on how I can at least kill the Export ? or Find the problem causing the hang ?
